Coach Jimmy Bernatek brings firsthand experience, technical expertise, and a passion for helping teen athletes reach new heights. With a background in strength training, calisthenics, and athletic performance, Jimmy focuses on building strong fundamentals, explosive power, and mental resilience. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, his personalized coaching approach helps athletes progress with confidence and precision.
